Pomp and Circumstance

After church, we discovered that there was a marching band waiting outside, which was apparently unrelated to the church service.  We watched as they played the Peruvian national anthem and as some sort of procession occurred.  Turned out to be the raising of the flag for some reason.  Perhaps it occurred every Sunday or maybe we were just lucky.  I personally think it was related to the guys in suits from yesterday.
