When is a wall not a wall?

People in Lima really like their fences, which serves the practical purpose of not letting in any robbers.  Most of them are quite ugly, designed to serve as a barrier between the messy outside world and the inside of a property – the inside where gardens might flourish.

Regular old house with a wall (check out the broken beer bottles)

However, some people have taken this desire for a wall in a strange direction…

When is a door not a door?
