Judge Dredd

Peru continues to be an interesting country to live in.  The scandal of the week is a fellow by the name of Raul Rosales, who happens to be a prominent Peruvian judge.

He was in his car when a reporter came up to him and attempted to take his picture.  So, the well-established, respected, authoritative figure that he is, he decided to pull a gun on the reporter taking his picture.

Of course, now he’s on the cover of all the weekly newspapers and magazines, so I can’t imagine how this was a good idea in his mind.
